  • Songdo Landmark City is a 1,500 acre master planned community of about 64,000 people. The project consists of converting a degraded mudflat in an industrial area of Incheon Korea, into a vibrant mixed use network of communities.

    Each neighborhood of about 10,000 people each consists of a pedestrian and ecologically friendly infrastructure system, high density residential dwellings and a town center with retail, cultural and recreational amenities.

    The Master Development Plan defines guidelines and a strategic plan for the creation of thoroughfares, open space, buildings, lighting, signage, art, water features and other relevant elements within the districts.
